Privacy Policy

Pixel Paint is designed to be a private, offline-friendly coloring app. We do not require an account, and we do not sell your personal data. To keep the app stable, understand how it is used, and support the free app with ads, we rely on Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics) and Google AdMob, as described below.

Information We Collect

Your coloring artwork and any imported photos stay on your device and are never uploaded to us. We do not ask for your name, email address, or other directly identifying information. Through the Firebase services described below, we do collect limited, non-identifying usage and diagnostic data.

Analytics (Firebase Analytics)

We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used — for example, which features are opened and how often the app is launched. This may include anonymous or pseudonymous data such as app events, device model, operating system version, language, and approximate (country-level) region. We use this data only in aggregate to improve the app, not to identify you.

Crash Reporting (Firebase Crashlytics)

We use Google Firebase Crashlytics to detect and fix crashes. When the app crashes, Crashlytics may collect diagnostic information such as the crash stack trace, device state, device model, and operating system version. This helps us make the app more reliable.

Photos and Device Content

If you choose to import a photo, the photo is processed entirely on your device for the purpose of creating pixel art. Imported photos and your artwork are never uploaded to our servers, never sent to Firebase or Google, and are not shared with us or any third party.

Offline Use

Pixel Paint is built to work offline. Core app features do not require an internet connection.

Third-Party Services

Pixel Paint uses Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics) for the usage insights and crash reporting described above, and Google AdMob to display ads (see “Advertising” below). Your use of these features is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.

Advertising

The free version of Pixel Paint is supported by ads served through Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, AdMob (Google) may collect and process information such as device identifiers (including advertising IDs), IP address, general device information, and how you interact with ads. Depending on your device settings and, where required, your consent, the ads you see may be personalized or non-personalized.

Google processes this advertising data in accordance with Google's advertising policies and Privacy Policy. You can limit ad personalization and reset your advertising identifier in your device settings — for example, under Google settings on Android, or Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and Apple Advertising on iOS.

Children's Privacy

Pixel Paint does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If the app is used by a child, please note that it shows ads through Google AdMob as described in the Advertising section above; you can limit ad personalization through your device settings.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. The usage and diagnostic data described above is processed by Google as part of the Firebase services, and the advertising data described above is processed by Google as part of AdMob, in each case under Google's Privacy Policy.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the app changes. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
